How to use
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Boards should be stacked in piles and handled with extreme caution to prevent damage. When carrying ЕVAROC® boards, they should be held in vertical position. Boards should be stored under a roof, in a dry room on a flat plane. If the product has been exposed to humidity, it should be dried before installation.
STRUCTURAL SUPPORT
ЕVAROC® boards can be fastened to both timber and metal frames.
CUTTINGCross-section
The ЕVAROC® boards can be easily cut both longitudinal and transverse directions. Start by making a cut on the front of the board with a cutter or a knife.
For a smooth and straight cut, it is recommended to use a circular saw or jigsaw.
Sawing
Boards can easily be sawed with regular saws, jigsaws or power tools. When sawing large quantities of materials, it is recommended to use circular hand saw.
PLANING AND SANDING
Board edges can be planed or sanded.
For sanding regular abrasive paper is suitable.
FIXING
With screws

Screw diameter should be 3.5…4.2 mm and length should be 2.5…3 times thicker than the board. The gap between fasteners from center to center should be 200mm, securing point should remain 10...15mm from the outer edge of the board and all the edges of the board should be on structural support. Thinner boards can be attached with corrosion-proof clamps, caliber 16, crown 6mm and length 25mm.
With nailsЕVAROC® boards can be nailed with nail guns or by hand, preferably using stainless steel flathead nails. Nail diameter should be 2.2 or 3.1mm and its length 3...3.5 times thicker than the board.
JOINTINGGenerally, a 4mm gap should be left between two boards. All joints should be filled. Before filling, joint juncture should be cleaned (with a steel brush) and all dust removed. Boards with planished edges are also available.
FINISHING/DECORATIONThe surface of EVAROC® board supports the pasting of wallpaper, coating, painting and the application of ceramic tiles or mosaics (all types of finishing).
